5 reasons why you should re-locate your business to Liverpool

Liverpool city has been undergoing a remarkable renaissance and continues to grow into a leading destination for businesses to re-locate and expand with access to outstanding talent, business support and transport.

With a recent £230 million growth deal agreed, Liverpool really is a fantastic place to relocate or expand.  If you’re thinking about it, here’s just 5 reasons why we believe you would be making a fantastic business decision.

Transport (The perfect location for National and International business)

With Central Station and Liverpool Lime street station, you really can travel to anywhere you need to be in the UK. You can take a direct train to London Euston in 2 hours and a direct train to Manchester in only 30 minutes.

And…with The Watson Building being located in the heart of the city, we have access to all these links right on our doorstep.

There’s also fantastic travel links via bus and car for employees to travel to the office and great transport via air for those international business trips too.

Access to a fantastic talent pool

With three fantastic universities based here in the heart of the city, businesses and organisations have access to outstanding talent. Liverpool Hope, Liverpool St Johns and Liverpool University (which is a top 20 Russell University). Alongside that there’s 2 million people who live within an hours drive of the city centre and so there’s great access to a wide range of skills and talent.

Knowledge Quarter.

The Knowledge Quarter Liverpool, known as KQ Liverpool, is home to some of the world’s most influential players in science, health, technology, culture and education, with over £1bn of new developments already underway.

The Knowledge Quarter occupies the dynamic space between ambition and delivery. This space brings together the city’s key partners to collaborate in a creative environment – making the whole greater than the sum of its parts – with the capacity to respond quickly to opportunities.

KQ Liverpool is making the city a very exciting place to be and we’re excited to be based right at the gateway.
